He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bradley West and Pam Hatt. He is survived by: his partner Brynn Jellison; his parents, Stacy (Brian Openshaw) and Shawn (Ginger Hatt); his children, Karissa and Bradley Hatt; the parent of his children Jayme Myrick; his siblings, Ryan Hatt (Izabo Emerson), Alyssa Hatt and Nathan (Courtney Young); his grandparents, Mona West and Leon "Buzz" Hatt; his aunt Marcy Beardsley; his cousin Colton Beardsley; his uncle Seth Hatt; and his extended family, Autumn Schrader, Bobby Grant and Ethan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Ethan's children under the Ethan Hatt Fund at the Camden National Bank.
