With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith A. Mayo of China, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Judith may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gordon and Elsa Gordon (Becker); and her husband John G. Mayo. She is survived by: her children, Monte Mayo (Karin Sullivan), Mia-Jo Nguyen (Ninh) and Mira-Su Thurston (Michael); her grandchildren, Samantha Hayes, Alexander Thompson (Alyssa) and Koriana Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Anastasia Thompson and Aubriella Thompson.
