He was predeceased by : his parents, Alsime Bourgoin and Aurore Bourgoin (Hebert); and his siblings, Louie, Euchide, Annette Bourgoin and Yvette McKenzie.

He is survived by : his close friend Marie Ouellette of Presque Isle; his daughter Theresa Bourgoin of Clinton; his granddaughter Desiree Libould; his brothers, Gilman of Madawaska and Claude of Arkansas; and his friends, Edward and Mary Ouellette of St. Agatha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
