With sadness, we share the passing of Adrienne E. Strout (Corinna, Maine). Adrienne, born on January 4, 1938, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex James and Thelma James (Stubbs); her husband Barry Dale Strout; her siblings, Boyd James and Brenda Hogate (James); her granddaughter Desiree Marie Strout; and her great grandchild Gage Weeks.
She is survived by: her children, James Strout Sr. (Leanne), Kelly Burns (Jim), Jody Strout (Kelley) and Jeffrey Strout; her siblings, Wendy Luce (James) and Kevin James; her grandchildren, Jamie Strout (Karen), Rob Strout, Jessica Strout, Brett Strout (Michelle), Greg Strout (Krissy), Haley Labrie (Mike), Jacob Burns, Jesse Strout (Tabby) and Danica Strout (Zack); and her stepgrandchildren, Allison Pollock (Tyler) and Brittany Moon. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crosby Neal Funeral Home (117 Main St, Newport, ME 04953). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Corinna Methodist Church (16 Dexter Rd, Corinna, ME 04928).
In place of flowers, donations may be sent to Dementia/Alzheimer's Assoc. (Maine Chapter).
