He is survived by: his mother Marianne Small (Burnell); his wife Gail Foley; his sons, Travis and Eddie; his granddaughters, Monica and Angie; his daughters, Monica and Angie; and his siblings, Kevin, Chuck, Kerry, Hank, Jay, Clyde, Cathi, Kelli, Kristen Pam, Brenda and Valerie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
