He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Stone Sr. and Izola G. Stone (Parsons); his wife Sherry A. Stone (Dishman); and his siblings, Charles H. Stone Jr., George R. Stone, Eleanor L. Sawyer and Barbara J. Stone.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Elwell of Boynton Beach, Florida; his sister-in-law Ruth E. Stone (Day); his daughter Cheryl Gilson (Stone) of Cornish, Maine; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh Starr Stone and Tyler Louis Gilson of Casco, Maine.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
