With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Bucknell (Cornish, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Bucknell and Mable Bucknell; his wife Norine Ring (Ring); his children, Ray Bucknell (Ellen) of Gorham, Marcia Gilpatrick (Sam) of Hiram and Rachel Johns of Wolfeboro, NH; his grandchildren, Nathan (Victoria), Adam, Travis (Meghan), Sabrina (Justin), Sebastian (Ally) and Angelica; his son Warren Bucknell; and his son-in-law Steven Johns.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Cornish Fire Department (PO Box 400, Cornish ME 04020) or the SAD#55 Warren H. Bucknell Scholarship (via Rachel Johns, 12 Village Corner Rd, Ossipee NH 03864).
