He was predeceased by: his parents, Glidden Rines and Pauline Rines; and his brother Boyd Rines. He is survived by: his children, Peter Rines and Katie Rines; his grandson Jacob Rines; his former wife Beth Rines; and his brothers, Neddy Rines, Richard Rines and Johnny Rines. He is also survived by family members, including brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who knew Jim honor his memory by spending time with loved ones, sharing stories, and embracing the simple traditions that bring people together.
