He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carroll Sr. and Millie Thomas; his sister Cindy Sullivan; and his former wife Diane Sawyer. He is survived by: his children, Alexis, Rebecca and Ashley; his grandchildren, Adelia, Antonio Camden, Nathaniel Wood, Miguel Torres and Fayley Watson; and his great grandchild Hazel.
