He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dombek and Stephanie Dombek (Krych). He is survived by: his wife Jean E. Dombek (Egiziaco); his children, Louis J. Dombek of Yorktown Heights, NY and Kelly Horton (Tim) of Standish; his grandsons, William and Thomas Horton; his sister Anna May Toledano (Mike); and his brother-in-law Gary Roe. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
