He was predeceased by: his parents, James B McIntosh and Margaret E McIntosh (Cyr). He is survived by: his brothers, Francis of Maine, Alex of New Hampshire, Steven of Massachusetts and James of Georgia; and his daughter Margaret of Massachusetts. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
