He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Boothby and Elsie Boothby (Thorne); his wife Edith Boothby; and his children, Philip, Kris and Daryl.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Libby (Bill Burnham), Tammy Ramsdell (Timothy) and Clete Boothby (Missie); and his close friend Patty Buck. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
