He is survived by: his children, Melissa Lovejoy, William Frank Jr. (Roxanne Gardner), Kenneth Frank (Ronnie Hutchinson) and Robert Cochran (Kim Cochran); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brianna, Cali, Corey, Creed, Jackie, Josh, Kyle, Liz, Logan, Meghan and Sierra; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Carissa, Luke, Madison, Matthew, Noah, Oaklee and Olivia.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel (498 Long Plains Rd, Buxton, ME 04093).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Autism Society of Maine or the Dempsey Center, two causes close to the family's heart.
