It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilma J Foster of Cushing, Maine, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Matson and Esther Matson (Stoneman); her sons, Ernest (Butchie) and Dana Foster (Robert); her siblings, Walter Matson (Mike) and Emma Simmons; her mother-in-law Lelia Atkinson; her sisters-in-law, Jane Foster and Marion Greeley; and her nephew Michael Greeley.
She is survived by: her significant other Robert Foster (Bob); her children, Karen Goyet (Mike), Paul Foster of Waldoboro, Lelia Dyer (Dana) of Waldoboro and Jeanette Belanger of Waldoboro; her grandchildren, Andrew Goyet (Deven) of Cumberland, Alexander Goyet, Gardner Dyer of Waldoboro, Danielle Nelson (Zachary) of Hope, Dominic Goyet, U. S. Navy (Marissa) of Jacksonville, FL, Lelia Belanger of Windham, Laura Dyer (Nathan) of Marysville, MI, Diana Belanger and Ben Belanger of Waldoboro; her great grandchildren, William, Sawyer, Elsie, Isla, Jaxon, Theo, Maddie and Jamison; her pet Miss Kitty; and her caregivers, Ginny, Gail, Ashlynn and Mindy.
