He is survived by: his former wife Gail Betts; his children, Stephen Betts (Ariel), Jessica Jenkins (Michael), Shawn Betts, Jacob Betts and Richard Betts; his grandchildren, Zander, Kayleigh, Annah, Taya, Noah, Ashabella and Jacob Jr.; and his siblings, Thomas (Brenda), Dana (Marsha), Joey (Kathy) and Arno (Donna).
