He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Tibbetts and Ida Tibbetts (Young); his children, Tod (Tammy) and Regina Hardy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Billie Jo Moore (John), Kevin Bassett (Jess), Heather Dobson, Alissa Tibbetts, Parker and Cole Tibbetts; his siblings, Nancy Kealiher, Annie Phillips and Phillip Tibbetts; and his son Joseph Tibbetts (Ellie Nash). He was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
