He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Polnicki (Kaminski); his sons, Andrew Polnicki (Sherry) of Knoxville and Adam Polnicki (Michelle) of Beverly Farms, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Alex of Brunswick, Amanda of Gloucester, Abram of Stone Mountain, Georgia and Benjamin of Beverly, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Myron of Peabody, Massachusetts and Helen of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boys Town, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
