He is survived by: his father Guy Mailhot of North Stratford; his wife Daisy; his daughters, Rita Mailhot of Oklahoma and Mary Bateman (Kristopher Bateman); his sister Ginette; and his friend Ross of Penacook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to a meal train established in Jay's memory to support the family during this time.
