Phyllis Cleaves Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Howard Tarr and Gladys Tarr (Hall); her children, Philip of Dexter, David (Wendy) of Windham and Debra (Stephen Cunningham) of Sangerville; her siblings, Donald Tarr of Florida and Sharon Smith of Waterville; her grandchildren, Ryan, Brooke, Chad, Joshua, Suzy, Amy, Joseph and Jen; and her husband Philip, Sr.. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
