He is survived by: his fiancée Nicole Jenkins; his daughter Maddie Jenkins; his parents, Mark Erskine and Chrissy Erskine; his brother Nate Erskine (Kathryn); his nieces, Emersyn and Hadley; his grandmother Marilyn Smith; and his pets, Conrad and Chico. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to Maine Youth Fish and Game Association PO Box 337 Stillwater, ME 04489 in Zack's name to instill the love of the Maine outdoors in the local youth.
