He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Collins and Leitha Collins (Dougherty); his brothers, Donald and James; and his father-in-law Donald Jasud.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Daniel Collins Jr. (Stacey) of Peru and Sara Brennick (Mark) of Rumford Center; his grandsons, Isaac, Ian Brennick, Drew and Deryk Collins; his mother-in-law Beverly Jasud of Mexico; his siblings-in-law, Marion Collins of New Limerick, Michael Jasud (Kathleen) of Rumford Center and Nancy Mercier (Wayne) of Roxbury Pond; and his caregivers, Rena, Catherine, Ellie, Maddie, Dan, Tiffany and Michelle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
