She was predeceased by : her father John L. Cook Sr.; her brother John L. Cook Jr.; and her grandparents, Norman Curtis Sr., Bertha Trafton, Fred Cook and Dorothy Small.

She is survived by : her mother Florence Robinson (Curtis); her close friend Joseph Springer; her children, Chelsea Braley (Todd Wark) and Tucker Braley (Samantha); her grandsons, Ryker Braley and Fox Noble; her siblings, Allie Kimball, Alex Kimball (Autumn) and Allen Kimball (Rachael); her stepsiblings, Torsha Kimball and Shane Kimball; her nephews, Steven Cook and Aiden Kimball; her niece Alia Kimball; her pets, Molly and Abby; and also Caleb Springer. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
