He is survived by: his wife Sandra Clukey (Rugan); his children, Vicki Royal, Terri-Ann Clukey-Cushing (Joe) and Dale "Chip" Clukey Jr. (Dora); his grandchildren, Jeremy Reynolds (Karina), Joshua Conner (Amy), Christopher Conner (Klaudia Brincat), Heather Peters (Ryan), Aaron Uskali, Jessica Brann, Kayla Boone (TJ) and Dale "DJ" Clukey III (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Jared, Brandon Reynolds, Adam Conner (Leah), Allison Conner, Alexa, Elijah Brann, Jacob, Chloe Peters, Isabella Conner, Ellie Brincat, Cedar Boone, Dale "Quade" IV, Quanah and Frank Clukey; and his grandson-in-law Matt Brann. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
