He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mickle (Paige); his daughters, Karin Trubic (Robert) and Jennifer Paige; and his grandchildren, Joseph Robertson, Kaitlyn Collier (Nathanael), Jacob Saadoon (Christa), Emily Coons and Benjamin Paige.
