He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Goggin (Woodman); his children, Charles Jr., Christopher, Jeremy and Jodi; and his siblings, Robert Goggin, Joseph Balukas, Paul Balukas, Joyce Larosa and Janet Charette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
