He was predeceased by: his son Dennis M. Rackliff; and his siblings, Beverly Trafton, Nancy Knight, Dale, Buddy and Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Whittemore of East Dixfield; his children, Brian Rackliff (Linda) of Livermore Falls, Blaine Rackliff (Lindsy) of Billings, MT and Beckie Bowering (Marc) of Wilton; his stepchildren, Kenny Chase and Lisa Chase-Tilley; his grandchildren, Dennis M. Rackliff, Jr., Jessica Ouellette, Haley St. Peter, Benjamin Rackliff, Baileigh Rackliff, Alliya Rackliff, Tye Rackliff, Maverick Real and Tricia Souther Bowering; his stepgrandchildren, Deanna, Jordyn, Trystin, Boyd, Morgan and Joe; and his siblings, Raynold, Nelson, Gregory, Stanley and Peggy-Sue. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
