He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Harvey (Hevey) and J. William Harvey; and his brother David Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Lori Harvey; his daughter Kristy Jenkins (David); his grandsons, Nathan Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins and Nicholas Jenkins; his siblings, Stephen Harvey (Geri), Jennifer Harvey and Christine Beliveau (Andrew); his niece Elizabeth LaRoche; and his nephews, Joel Harvey and Chad Harvey.
