He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Willing and Eleanor Willing (Haviland). He is survived by: his sons, Charles G. Willing Jr. (Maura) of Concord, NH, Robin S. Willing (Wendy) of Amsterdam and Brian D. Willing (Kathryn) of Amstelveen, Netherlands; his sister Lucille Wargo (Paul) of Sarasota, FL; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Willing, Virginia Willing, Eleanor Willing and Charlotte Willing.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Pope Memorial Humane Society – Cocheco Valley, Dover, NH, or to South Kent School, South Kent, CT.
