He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Magoon (Rankin). He is survived by: his father David L. Sr. Magoon (Sylvia); his sons, Joshua (Christina) and Richard (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ethan, Mallorie, Ryder and Paislee; his close friend Jeanne Magoon; his siblings, Daniel Magoon (Louise), DeeDee Merring (Christopher) and Dawn Abrham; Lori Palmer and Chris Boyle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
