He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharland L. Leavitt and Jacqueline I. Leavitt (Smith); and his granddaughter Cassidy. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Danielle (Shane) and Alison Michelle (Ivan Banda); his significant other Audrey Leavitt; his stepdaughters, Taylor Reed and Morgan Alley (Jason); and his siblings, Chuck Leavitt (Donna), Tim Leavitt (Jerry), Paula Leavitt, Deb Leavitt, Andrea Pape (Fred), Lynne O'Conner (Jim) and Stacy Calabrese (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
