Ruth S. Foster Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth S. Foster of Ellsworth, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth S. Foster to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Sullivan and Edith P. Sullivan (Meserve); her sisters, Elaine Sullivan and Patricia Forrest; and her cousin Lorena Booten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer F, Libby of Bangor and Jacquelyn S. Dearborn (Joel, Sr.) of Holden; her grandsons, Joel "Jay" Dearborn, Jr. (Nisha) of Yarmouth and Jonathan S. Dearborn (Toni Ann) of Scarborough; and her great grandchildren, Kavya Dearborn, Kiran Dearborn, Ellie Dearborn and Emmie Dearborn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jordan-Fernald (113 Franklin St, Ellsworth, ME 04605).
