She was predeceased by: her brother Terry; and her son Kevin Chambers. She is survived by: her son Darren Chambers (Rhonda); her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Sally Harris; her brother Rick; her daughter-in-law Latisha Chambers; her grandchildren, Dakota, Gabriella, Gavin and Reagan; and her great grandchild Greyson.

Donations in Sally's memory may be made to MMHS, where she dedicated much of her career.
