It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Grant Thurston Sr. of Falmouth, Maine, born in Rumford, Maine, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thurston and Harriet Thurston; his sister True Gauvin; and his former wife Virginia Hillman Thurston. He is survived by: his wife Isabella; his children, Ronald Thurston II, Deborah Thurston, Barbara Beckwith (Tom), Susan MacDonald (Brian) and Carla Burhoe (Tom); and his sister Donna Thurston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild.
