With sadness, we share the passing of Meldon H. Gilmore (Farmington, Maine). Meldon, born on June 5, 1942, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh L. Gilmore and Bertha Gilmore (Soule); and his daughter Tracy Haines. He is survived by: his son Wendall Gilmore (Dawn); his son-in-law Phillip Mitchell; his grandchildren, Daniel, Jonah, Jerrod, Everett, Jonathan, Alan, Amber, Anabel and Abby; and his siblings, Audrey Tague and William Gilmore Michael (Cynthia). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilmore Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Freeman Ridge Cemetery.
