He was predeceased by: his grandmother Pauline MacDougal. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph P. MacDougal and Rene MacDougal (Kneeland) of Fort Fairfield; his siblings, Dustin MacDougal (Harley) of Caribou, Justice Kneeland (Amber Dixon) of Bangor, Calvin MacDougal of Fort Fairfield, Mackenzie MacDougal (Trevor Graves) of Fort Fairfield, Kylie MacDougal (Stephen Murray) of Limestone and Autumn Bridges; his grandparents, Eugene MacDougal of Fort Fairfield, Keith and Alice Kneeland of Easton; his close friend Morgan Bishop of Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Kyver, Kayce, Corbyn, Emmerson, Logan, Aunika, Astrid and Afton. He is also survived by numerous classmates and friends.
