He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Sr. Moirs and Barbara Moirs; his sister Robbin; and his brother-in-law Leo McDougal. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Moirs (Kennedy); his siblings, Shelly Prouly (Walter), Chuck Moirs and Darcie Moirs; his brother-in-law Jay Kennedy (Karen); and his parents-in-law, James and Frances Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
