She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moirs and Mary Louise Moirs (Martin); her husband Trefflee H. Milliard; and her siblings, Gene, Leo, Leonard, Frederick Moirs and Gladys Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roxie Lee Johnston (Brent) of Gorham, Vickie Lynn Cyr (Lloyd Thompson) of Chicago, IL and Marie Gladys Veno (John) of Dover Foxcroft; and her grandchildren, Katharine Johnston of Jay, Elizabeth Beriau (David) of Gorham, Kylie Peters (Richard) of Garden Valley, ID, Andrew Cyr (Anna) of Meridian, ID, Mary Louise Byrd (Jon) of Kinston, NC and Ashley Veno of Wilmington, NC. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
