She was predeceased by: her spouse Vaughn A. Higgins Sr.; her parents, Ralph and Thelma Shaw (Lovely); her sons, Jeffrey and Matthew Higgins; and her siblings, Arnold, Eugene, Royal Shaw and Susan Achorn.
She is survived by: her daughter Deb; her grandchildren, Breton, Julia, Mark, Evie, Russ, Nate and Sarah; her son-in-law Bill of New Hampshire; her stepdaughter Doria (Gary) of Gorham; and her sister Florence Preble of Springfield. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
