Norman Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Smith (Fort Fairfield, Maine), who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph R. Scott and Opal Ruth Smith (Renner); his wife Nina J. Smith; his stepson Roderick Plourde; his sister Eileen Buttz; and his half-siblings, Patrick Sparrow and Laura Mills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah K. Smith of New Jersey and Dianne R. Smith of New Jersey; his stepchildren, Dean Plourde of Perham and Tara Patterson of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Raven Plourde of Alexander, Tracy Plourde of Bailyville, Clay Plourde of Linneus, Garrett of Perham and Wyatt Plourde of Perham. He is also survived by one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
