He is survived by: his wife Carmen M. Johnson (Boivin); his children, Paul Jr. (Beth Johnson), Daniel (Shannon Johnson), Robin Johnson and Keri Hubner; his stepchildren, Jason Cassette and Denise Cassette; his sister Patricia Marsh; his caregivers, Eileen Mullins, Heather Holmquist of Paul's, P. A and Allison Ainsworth of Paul's Amish; Noah Yoder (family: Lucie), Paul, Gould Hospital, Dr. Magman, Foxy, Dusty and Jazzy. He is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters; six grandchildren; one step-grandson; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
