Robert Letasz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2025, at the age of 91, Robert Letasz of Fort Fairfield, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Letasz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Letasz and Florence Letasz (Hilchey); his son Randolph Letasz; his former wife Mary Susanna Letasz (Short) of Fort Fairfield; and his daughter-in-law Mary M. Letasz (Kapper).
He is survived by: his children, Stanley Letasz (Margie) of Chicopee, MA, Robert Letasz (Rosa) of North Carolina, David Letasz (Anne Marie Whelihan) of Chicopee, MA and Loriann Gagnon (Troy) of Fort Fairfield; his stepchildren, Simon Alexander (Aliza) of Exeter, ME, Jonah Alexander, Naomi Alexander of Easton, ME and Leah Alexander of Lowell, MA; and his sisters, Millie Buma of New Hampshire and Jean Antinarelli of Massachusetts. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home and Cremation Service (144 Main St, Fort Fairfield, ME 04742). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Denis Catholic Church (147 Main St, Fort Fairfield, ME 04742).
