He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bouchard and Laurie Bouchard (Lozier); his former wife Gloria Bouchard (Johnson); and his brother Richard "Dick" Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Rita Bouchard (Deschaine-Plourde) of Fort Kent; his children, Joe Bouchard (Joan) of Milford, Karen Snell (Don) of Presque Isle, Laurie Bouchard Clark (Jeff) of Presque Isle and Rebecca Bouchard of Presque Isle; his stepchildren, Danford Plourde (Donna) of Canton, Lynn Plourde Tardif of Fort Kent, Gina Charette (Mark) of Fort Kent, Dana Plourde of Fort Kent and Connie Herbert (Daniel) of Daigle; and his siblings, Janice Ransford of Huntley and Robert Bouchard (Jerlyn) of Silverthorne, Colorado.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, as well as 8 step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
