He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Charette and Catherine Charette (Lozier); his brothers, Pierre and Roger Charette; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Bouchard and Joyce Charette.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Charette; his children, Robert Jr. (Jennifer), Daniel, Sarah and Tyler (Molly); his grandchildren, Macenzi, Keenan, Elliott, Eleanor and Francis; his great grandchild Maddox; and his siblings, Laurelle Bouchard, Antoinette Hamberg (James), Beatrice Parent (Kent), Walden Charette (Norma), Gerald Charette (Ida) and David Charette (Angela).
