William J. Ruest Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2025, at the age of 68, William J. Ruest of Fryeburg, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Ruest to pay them a last tribute.
As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ruest and Mary Santos (Santos) of Fall River, MA; and his brother Norman of New Bedford, MA.. He is survived by: his pet Maxwell; his significant other Elaine Soares (Teixeira) of Fryeburg, ME; his brothers, John Santos of Somerset, MA and Dennis Ruest of Fall River, MA; his stepsons, Kyle and Michael Soares; and his friend Gabriel Souza of Somerset, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
