He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Richard McArthur III and Mike Rowe McArthur Sr. (Helen McArthur); his sister Julie Maxim; and his grandchildren, Mikeala, Nate, Nakomi, Mike Jr., Eliza and Riley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, along with extended family.
