She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Williams and Stella Williams Sr. (Powers); and her husband William F. Plummer III. She is survived by: her sons, William F. Plummer IV (Linda) of Georgetown, Eric Plummer of Georgetown, Carroll Plummer (Traci) of Georgetown, Glenn Plummer (Michelle) of Georgetown and Robert Plummer (Susan) of Bath; and her brothers, John D. Williams of Georgetown and Carl Williams of Georgetown. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
