He was predeceased by : his son Jeffrey Ramsay. He is survived by : his wife Janice Ramsay; his children, Kenneth Ramsay (Nancy), Carlene Ramsay and Keith Ramsay (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Kayla Ramsay, Ashlyn Ramsay, Hannah Simon (Johnny) and Jacoby Ramsay; and his great grandchild Rhett Simon.
