She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Elisha Folsom and Helen Gertrude Folsom (Belcher); her husband Gilbert Dennis MacDonald (Sonny); and her brothers, Laurel, Joseph, Clair, Robert and John.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joan Barrett; her children, Wendy (Moynihan) of North Berwick, Gilbert (Scott) of Westbrook, Karen and Michael Fitzpatrick of Houlton, Maine.; her grandchildren, Ian, Sara (Bretton), Brenna, Charlotte (Coburn), Nicholas, Elishia (late Seth), Emily and Josh Rich; and her great grandchildren, Kellen, Aurora, Quincey, Theo, Linc, Aria and Seth.
Donations may be made in honor of Lois MacDonald to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
