She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Phillips and Ruth Phillips Sr. (Cobb); her husband Keith E. Leavitt; her grandson Ryan P. Fogg; and her brothers, Paul Phillips Jr. and Edward Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan L. Black; her son-in-law Christopher A. Black of Gray; her grandchildren, Jamie L. Everett (James "JJ" Everett) of Orange Park, FL and Devin Black (Windham); and her sister-in-law Kathryn Phillips. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (380 Stroudwater St, Westbrook, ME 04092).
