He is survived by: his wife Jodi; his sons, Eric Kingsley (Julie) of South Portland, ME and Christopher Kingsley (Jennifer) of Oak Bluffs, MA; and his grandchildren, Jack, Rachel of South Portland, Kaitlin and Blake of Oak Bluffs.
